The Curious Art Bar is committed to providing 100% satisfaction for our art customers. That’s why, we will happily replace items that are not as described on our website, or are different from an image displayed to you.
To help customers make the right choices about a product size and/or frame colour if they are unsure, we offer our designer concierge service at a small redeemable fee, or a quick free recommendation for sizing and frame choice if you email an image of the room and intended position for the art piece.

Generally, if we determine that the artwork was accurately described on our site (in respect of size, materials used, colour, frame, weight, etc.) and the purchaser is returning it as a result of a change of heart, then the purchaser will be required to pay for the return shipping costs and this will be deducted from a store credit.
The purchaser will be responsible for returning the artwork in its original packaging and for paying the return costs (shipping and receiving) required to deliver the artwork back to the distribution centre in Adelaide.
